The term for any return is 15 working days (21 natural days) from the moment you receive the item. We do not accept changes, only returns. You have to return the item and make a new purchase online.

• Mainland Spain and Balearic islands:

  ¡The shipping fees are free from 45 euros! (If your delivery cost less that 45€, you will have to pay 4€ more) Delivery time is 3-5 working days approximately

• CANARY ISLANDS:

  Shipping fees will be 8€. Delivery: 3-8 working days approximately.

• United Kingdom:

  If you're in United Kingdoom, the shipping fees are 10GBP (13,97€). Delivery: 15 working days approximately.

• Others:

  Germany, Austria, Belgium, Demmark, Scotland, Slovaquia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Wales, Greece, Holland, Hungry, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourf, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Chec republic, Romania or Sweden; the shipping fees are 12€. Delivery: 15 working days approximately.
