How much does the transportation costs?
The delivery of COOLWAY articles will be arranged by SEUR in Spain and Portugal and by UPS for all the other countries.
The transportation charges are free from 60 € of purchase. If it is lower than this amount we will charge an amount of 6 € for Portugal and 13 € for every other country.
How can I make a refund of my order?
To make the refund of your order you have to present to the shop the bill and the refund code. You can find this information in the bill sent through e-mail in the moment of the purchase; you can also see it in your user field.
There are two ways to return your order:
-In a real shop: you can return the product showing the purchasing bill, with the credit card used to pay the product and an identity card. These three documents are essentials in order to make any change or return. The only way in which we can make a return is to give back the money in the same way you paid the product and in the same card used to buy.
In the case you realize the purchase using PayPal , in order to return the product in the store you 'll have to show your identity card , the purchasing bill ,and the PayPal bill; in this case we'll give you back cash . If the PayPal account don't belong to the same customer, you'll have to show the owner account's identity card.
To return purses, bags or other complements that are not shoes is essential to keep the safety seal is not manipulated.
- In our central: you'll have to send the product to our central office adding the purchasing bill. In this case you'll have to pay the transportation charges.

To proceed with the refund you'll have to verify the following conditions:
-the item has not to be used
- It has to be returned in the same conditions in which it has been sent. In case you don't have the original packaging, you'll have to use one of yours with similar size and capacity.
- the item has to be returned in our central before 15 natural days
- the transportation charges will be always up to you.
- the refund will be always done in with the same way of paying.
-we do not accept in any case items sent in collect on delivery.
Can I change the size or the model of the received item?
Yes you can do that in Coolway online or at any store. You'll have to show the purchasing bill. In order to change size in the shop online, you'll have to return the item and make a new purchase of your wished product.
How can I pay my buying?
