WHICH ARE THE STEPS IN ORDER TO BUY EN COOLWAY ONLINE?
It's very easy to buy in Coolway online , you have just to enter in the virtual shop and find out your favorite product, choose your color and size and add it into your basket (only if the size is available ).Fill the form with your personal details , your delivery address and payment form . If you are a registered member, won't need to fill the form in again, you simply enter your account.
If some of our product has a wrong price o no price we won't send you the product and we'll give you back the money.

How much does the transportation costs?
The delivery of COOLWAY articles will be arranged by SEUR in Spain and Portugal and by UPS for all the other countries.
The transportation charges are free from 60 € of purchase. If it is lower than this amount we will charge an amount of 6 € for Portugal and 13 € for every other country.
The delivery time is from 3 to 8 working days approximately. In this period we won't count Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
If your order contains several items our transportation agency could send them in different deliveries without charging any additional costs. The transportation agency will come to your address and if doesn't find you, it will leave you a note. If the agency can't find you, it will contact you through SMS text or phone call to the same phone number you gave us during the registration.
Can I cancel my order if I don't want receive it anymore?
You can cancel your order just if the package hasn't been sent yet; in this case you have to contact our customer service office by phone, skype or e-mail. If the package has already been sent, you can't cancel your order, but you will be able to make a refund once you receive the package.
How can I make a refund of my order?
To make the refund of your order you have to present to the shop the bill and the refund code. You can find this information in the bill sent through e-mail in the moment of the purchase; you can also see it in your user field.
There are two ways to return your order:
-In a real shop: you can return the product showing the purchasing bill, with the credit card used to pay the product and an identity card. These three documents are essentials in order to make any change or return. The only way in which we can make a return is to give back the money in the same way you paid the product and in the same card used to buy.
In the case you realize the purchase using PayPal , in order to return the product in the store you 'll have to show your identity card , the purchasing bill ,and the PayPal bill; in this case we'll give you back cash . If the PayPal account don't belong to the same customer, you'll have to show the owner account's identity card.
To return purses, bags or other complements that are not shoes is essential to keep the safety seal is not manipulated.

In our central: you'll have to send the product to our central office adding the purchasing bill. In this case you'll have to pay the transportation charges.

To proceed with the refund you'll have to verify the following conditions:
-the item has not to be used
- It has to be returned in the same conditions in which it has been sent. In case you don't have the original packaging, you'll have to use one of yours with similar size and capacity.
- the item has to be returned in our central before 15 natural days
- the transportation charges will be always up to you.
- the refund will be always done in with the same way of paying.
-we do not accept in any case items sent in collect on delivery.
Can I change the size or the model of the received item?
Yes you can do that in Coolway online or at any store. You'll have to show the purchasing bill. In order to change size in the shop online, you'll have to return the item and make a new purchase of your wished product.
How can I pay my buying?
With credit card:
We accept credit cards and debit cards VISA, VISA ELECTRON and MASTERCARD. The payment will be realized through a 100% safe way charging.
With PayPal:
You can choose this option as way of paying .you'll just have to insert your PayPal's data account. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create it before completing your order.
Is it safe to buy through my Coolway online?
